Holding dual professional qualifications from BIT Mesra and Delhi University, he has seamlessly blended administrative acumen with legal insight over a distinguished career spanning four decades. Over the years, he has held key leadership positions and his unwavering dedication, strategic thinking, and people-centric governance have been the hallmarks of his service he continues to embrace hard work with commitment and consistency. His deep interest in legal litigation and public policy is matched by a strong desire to contribute to society by establishing institutions that deliver quality, affordable education to rural communities.

He brings a diverse and rich professional background with experience spanning both the corporate, gaining foundational skills in business operations, and government sectors like Agriculture, Urban Development, Cooperative, and Sugarcane, apart from field exposure handling Law and order, revenue administration, and development work where he held key responsibilities and assisted directly Hon’ble Ministers to policy formulation, implementation and departmental coordination which transitioned to public service. Consequently, he developed a strong foundation in organizational and operational dynamics. In addition, he played a pivotal role in legislative coordination and political communication.

He has led an active social and student life and has served as President of Student Union at DU, and later as General Secretary of the BAS Association, reflecting his strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
